What would a WW2 Purple Heart be worth on the market?

It's worth about 20 years, and that's with good behavior and parole. It is a serious federal felony to sell these medals. Yes, it's done on Ebay all the time, but the loophole is that these are not "official" medals. Plus, as the first answerer said, these awards should be priceless to the family of those who earned them. They are a source of pride and the story of the person can be honorably told to generation after generation. Be proud of what your relative did.

Why sell it? I hope no one buys it. It should kept in the family things such as those are priceless to those whom loved the one who has passed.
Reply:The blood of the person who won it . To sell it would be the worst kind of disrespect!
Reply:Very little, Purple hearts and meant to be cared for, they are a reminder of the pain that you went though with your country.
Reply:I think it's illegal. DON'T TRY IT.
