How can I find my Fathers mlitay records?

He was deceassed in 1975 was awrded the Purple Heart and Bronze star?I wass his beneficiaary at the time. I was young and stupid. I did not think to check on military recordss then.

How can I find my Fathers mlitay records?

Reply:Check with your local veterans administration office and they should be able to assist you in finding the required information.
Reply:Here is a link to the Dept. of Veteran Affairs. They will assist you in what you need (pretty easy site to use). It came in handy for me after my dad's passing.
