Ok...i had the black heart event with skye...now i need to have the purple heart event...i am on my third year trying to have the purple heart event and it still wont work.
i go to the bar on a rainy monday, between 6am and 11am.
and nothing happens.
please please please help me!

Now make sure you've:
-Got Skye at purple heart (you can't do it if he has a black heart)
-Talked to Griffin and Muffy before
